We are proud to share that our GM Tassos Kotzanastassis, was honoured with an invitation to present at the Malaysia Shopping Malls Association (MSMA) Conference 2025, held in Kuala Lumpur in August 2025, under the central theme “Transforming Malls in a Changing World.”
The two-day conference brought together hundreds of shopping-centre owners, asset managers, retailers and industry leaders, creating a vibrant platform for forward-looking discussion and knowledge exchange. Set against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving retail environment, the event focused on innovation, resilience, customer experience and the strategic repositioning of malls to meet changing consumer expectations.
During his presentation, Mr. Kotzanastassis shared insights drawn from international experience and engaged in stimulating discussions with peers and sector leaders. The conference provided an exceptional opportunity to exchange ideas, challenge conventional thinking and explore practical strategies shaping the next generation of shopping-centre management.
