Lance is a large format retail property consultant with over 25 years’ experience of directing retail and leisure operations. Through his position as Shopping Centre Development Director at Cushman & Wakefield, he has worked in the UK, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Albania and Syria, in the fields of pre-opening management set-up and launching of schemes (master planning, tenant co-ordination, contract tendering, marketing, asset management, staff recruitment and restructuring). He also regularly delivers shopping centre management and retail-tainment masterclasses throughout EMEA, Central Asia and the Far East.
He holds Diplomas on Shopping Centre and Leisure Management from the University of Estate Management, the ICSC European Retail Property School and ILAM.
