We are pleased to announce that our General Manager, Tassos Kotzanastassis, participated as a panel speaker at the 4th Real Estate Market Outlook organised by the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (BHCC), which took place on April 3rd, 2025, in Athens.
The panel discussion, titled “Tech Disruption in Real Estate: Mind the Fundamentals,” explored the evolving impact of innovation, PropTech and Artificial Intelligence on the real estate sector. The session provided valuable insight into how technological advancement is reshaping the market, while highlighting the importance of maintaining strong real estate fundamentals amid rapid transformation.
The event also featured a distinguished discussion with Prof. Sotiris Tsolacos of Bayes Business School, focusing on the latest trends in property technology.
It was a tremendous pleasure for Mr. Kotzanastassis to share the stage with Prof. Tsolacos, a long-standing colleague and respected academic voice in the field, and to contribute to a forward-looking dialogue on innovation in real estate.
